Cross-country skiing in Grossarltal means wonderful landscapes and two exceptionally charming tracks. The tracks are there and sometimes a skating track runs parallel to the classical variant. The Grossarl cross-country ski track is a comfortable run with few ascents. The more challenging Hüttschlag-track leads via a number of stopping points tothe National Park tavern “Talwirt”. The next place to join the track from Grossarl to Reitfeld is only about 1 km away from Holzleb`n and is easily reached with the free skibus.
