All our chalets and holiday apartments have a modern fully-fitted kitchen and all the utensils you need. There is plenty of space for your own “culinary visions” and you can enjoy your creations at the big and comfortable wooden dining table. Meat or cheese fondue
Enjoy sitting around the table with your family in your apartment or chalet in Grossarl: We supply all the ingredients for a delicious fondue directly to your holiday home. You don’t need to worry about anything. We will even bring all the crockery!

Pan fried meals
Mmmmm, Muas! This is a sweet specialty in the Grossarl region brought to your apartment or chalet in a huge pan. A delicious mix of milk, butter, flour and fresh fruits is a particular favourite with children (of all ages). As is also our golden-brown home-made pasta with cheese (“Käsespätzle”) and tasty regional ingredients.

Barbecue evenings
How good that smells! In each of our chalets is a charcoal grill for your barbecues. If you stay in our family apartments in the main building you can use the big grill without charge. You don’t even have to go shopping as we provide the charcoal and all the ingredients! The best meat, sausages, vegetables and barbecue sauces included!
Grilling sausages and bread on a stick around the campfire
An unforgettable experience is our weekly barbecue evening. In the summer months we make a campfire for everyone together. That’s when the sausages and bread-on-a-stick taste especially good!
Catering-Service
First course, main course and dessert. If you really want to enjoy the good life then we will spoil you with the delicious meals from our extensive menu. There is nothing complicated about it – you just place your order for a lunch or dinner at reception or by phone and the chef de cuisine in the “Steakhaus Grossarl” will be delighted to cook for you! Your meals will then be delivered directly to your door.

Forest Picnic
Fresh air makes you hungry! We are pleased to make up a picnic basket especially for you with everything you need for a delicious picnic in the forest. We take particular care that our tasty foods come from the region. Tip: A picnic in the forest is also a very special surprise idea for a romantic date with you loved one!
