Important informations for your holiday at Holzleb’n

You can’t go about your holiday without facts. Here we have compiled important informations for you, concerning your arrival / departure, payment and more. Booking

We will confirm your booking in writing. As soon as your deposit has been received in our bank account your reservation is guaranteed and fixed.

 Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival your chalet or apartment is at your disposal after 4 p.m.
On the day of departure the chalets and apartments are to be vacated by 10 a.m.

Payment

Possible in cash, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or EC/Maestro debit card

Pets

Pets are welcome. One dog is free of charge in the low season (second dog on request).
High season price per pet / night: Chalet: € 15, apartment: € 10

Smoking

Please consider that smoking is not allowed in our chalets and apartments. You have ample space at your displosal, outside or on the balcony.

 Cancellation policy

• from the date of reservation up to 90 days prior to arrival the deposit is not returned
• from 89 to 30 days prior to arrival: 40%
• from 29 to 8 days prior to arrival: 70%
• from 7 to 3 days prior to arrival: 90%
•from 2 days prior to arrival or in the case of non-arrival or in case of earlier deparature: 100%

of the respective booked holiday is payable.

In order to avoid cancellation charges completely we would recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance when booking.
There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead the General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry apply to our house.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If an arrival is not possible due to the corona restrictions, you can of course change your booking to another date or cancel free of charge!
